The Annual Meeting of the Waterfront Community Association was held on Tuesday, October 18, 2011 at 6:00 p.m. at the Hilton Waterfront Resort, 21100 Pacific Coast Highway.
The quorum was established and announced. There were two candidates, Eric Hsieh and Matt Sullivan and incumbents James Thomas and Richard Kahn running for election to the two Board positions.
The Inspector of Election and the Election Committee tallied the votes and the process was overseen by the Association's legal counsel James Harkins. It was announced that James Thomas and Richard Kahn had been elected to the Board.
The Ballot Inspectors announced that the Excess Funds Resolution passed, allocating any excess funds at the end of the current fiscal year to the Operating Account.
The Board would like to thank all of the candidates for running for election, the Election Committee for all of their assistance and he members of the Association for making the Annual Meeting a success!

There was an attempted break-in on Prado Circle this week during the hours of noon - 7:00 pm. If you see unknown or suspicious people loitering around your home or in the community please call the Huntington Beach Police Department to report it.

Pilot Painting has completed the painting of all buildings. Before they leave the Association, we need to hear from you as to any issues you may have experienced with Pilot Painting to need to be address.
Management has mailed every homeowner a Paint Project Punchlist Form to complete and return to Management. If you do not receive the form in the mail, please feel free to click on Documents and following the link to the homeowner log-in page of the www.myactionlife.com website.
Make sure that any issues you may have are addressed by sending your form into The Waterfront Community Association, C/O Action Property Management, Inc., 2603 Main Street, Suite 500, Irvine, CA 02614 no later than Wednesday, May 11, 2011.

This is just a reminder to all of our homeowners and residents that the upcoming pool season will be here before you know it!
Please remember that if you lease your unit, you will need to provide the Association with a copy of the lease and complete a pool access registration form in order for your tenant to obtain access to the pool.
If you do not have a pool access card, please contact Action Property Management at (949) 450-0202 now so that you don't experience any inconvenience or unnecessary wait.
